Co-exhibitors are companies, representatives or individuals presenting their own products or services at the booth of a main exhibitor.

Companies, representatives or individuals who are not registered as exhibitors or co-exhibitors are not permitted to distribute advertising material, accept orders or display company branding at the booth or anywhere on the exhibition grounds.
In the event of non-compliance, the corresponding co-exhibitor fee will be charged to the main exhibitor.
Booth Construction & Organisation
Key guidelines, procedures, and services related to the planning, setup, operation, and dismantling of your booth.
Electrical connections can be ordered from CHF 116.– via the Online Service Center.
Installation and inspection are completed before booth construction begins. The connection to the booth, safety inspection and electricity consumption are included in the price. The electrical supply cable ends in a junction box or plug positioned directly above the booth space.
Internal booth installations must be organised independently by exhibitors. Electrical installation companies must hold the appropriate licence in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Any manipulation of electrical supply lines or distribution systems is prohibited.
Jegliche Manipulation an Elektrozuleitungen und -verteilungen ist untersagt. Only certified equipment may be used. Custom distribution boxes may only be used if they are accompanied by a valid safety certificate; this certificate must be included with the distribution box.
Adapters can be obtained from the exhibition office in the SGKB Hall during business hours.
Olma Messen St. Gallen uses distribution boxes equipped with Type A residual current circuit breakers as standard. Once the electrical supply line is connected to the distribution box, responsibility for the installation within the booth and for the safe operation of the connected equipment lies with the exhibitors or their contracted specialist firms.
The use of automated systems or devices with frequency converters must be reported to the project management in advance to ensure a safe and uninterrupted power supply.
Example: Power calculation
6 spotlights at 50 W → 300 W
1 computer at 120 W → 120 W
1 refrigerator at 200 W → 200 W
1 coffee machine at 1’000 W → 1’000 W
Total: 1’620 W → requires a power supply of 2 kW.

Multi-storey booth constructions
Multi-storey booths are generally permitted but require prior approval from the project management team.
A flat-rate fee of CHF 200.– is charged for safety inspections. Accessible upper floors incur an additional 50% surcharge on the corresponding rental area.

Covered booths
At the time of booth registration, it must be specified whether the booth is covered or partially covered. The final review will then be conducted based on the submitted booth layout, along with the final booth assignment. Approval from the project management is required for covered booths for fire safety reasons. Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all fire safety regulations.
If ceiling structures do not meet the required legal standards, the relevant authorities may order modifications or the removal of non-compliant components at the exhibitor’s expense.
The fire safety requirements for covered booths are set out in the Rules for Exhibitors Section 4.2.2.5.
Booth Construction Regulations
All binding provisions regarding booth construction and booth design are defined in the Rules for Exhibitors (Section 4.2).
