The Olma Messen St.Gallen has recently opened a new hall, the St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle, which is one of the most modern exhibition halls in Switzerland and increases its capacity to 12,000 attendees. It was officially opened on 2 March 2024.
The Mero system on the roof of the St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle makes it unique in the world.This innovative and complex system makes the large hall pillar-free, offering exhibitors and organisers great flexibility. This is thanks to the honeycomb-like framework that supports the structure.
At the end of March 2024, the new St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle hosted the START Summit, one of the biggest events for entrepreneurs in Europe. Since then, the St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle has been booked for a wide variety of events.

St.Gallen is a city rich in tradition for fairs and events. However, the infrastructure was only partially able to meet the current and future developments. With the covering of the east portal of the Rosenberg Tunnel on the city highway A1, we gained new land and created space for a top-class exhibition and event hall. The St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle offers space for up to 12,000 people and makes it possible to host outstanding events — from congresses and exhibitions to sport events, concerts and cultural events.
