The Producers' Organisation OL.MA. is one of the largest olive oil producer organisations in the Tuscan region. OLMA was recognised as a producer organisation in January 2015. OLMA's mission, which has been handed down from generation to generation, translates into the constant commitment to share the passion that binds producers to their land and its fruits, seeking the highest quality of a unique and inimitable flavour, in the conviction that quality and tradition themselves, from which they derive, remain the only distinctive value that distinguishes the final product. Olma is characterized by 90% production of Tuscan IGP oil and has as its consequent objectives: concentration of production - quality control - product enhancement. All this requires strong synergy with the surrounding area and its subjects by making the most of the supply chain.
